WebI just replaced rotted bulkhead at head. Used the main halyard and secured to the forward short shroud and took up the tension. Removed upper shroud at chain plate and taped to forward shroud so didn’t swing free. Removed chain plate bolts in cabin and cut out the rotted piece of bulkhead.
