Web14 jul. 2024 · 1,639. Jul 13, 2024. #1. I picked up a 1972 Mercury 200 20hp 2 stroke. The compression is good but I have no spark on either plug. Im unfamiliar with the ignition system on this year and cant find a service manual. It has all the igniton parts except the coils up under the flywheel. Im not real sure how to go about checking the different parts.
