There's a handful of really cool features here, but they're buried under nonsense--why is a graphics mod changing the intro, or adding mounted combat or shield on back? WebOblivion can be very finicky to mod. My suggestion would be to take a look at Bevilex's Guide. It takes a lot of time (and sometimes frustration) to mod Oblivion successfully, but the results are very much worth it.
